Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday advised his national security team to prepare for the worst-case scenario amid an increase in threats -- both internally and externally -- to the nation. The comments, carried on the state-run Xinhua News Agency, came during a meeting of the Chinese Communist Party's National Security Commission.
