One of two cases, Gonzalez v. Google, focuses on recommendations and algorithms used by sites like YouTube, allowing accounts to arrange and promote content to users. Section 230, which allows online platforms significant leeway regarding responsibility for users' speech, has been challenged multiple times in the Supreme Court.
