As a frequent speaker on the future of robotics, Hauert explains how robots are game-changers, but not in the way we think. Robots aren't going to replace humans; they're going to make our jobs much more humane. Difficult, demeaning, demanding, dangerous, dull--these are the jobs that robots will be taking. Productivity is one of the primary benefits of robotics in the workplace. In Europe, the goal is to attain a 20 percent increase in productivity by 2020.
