Atos to power Triple Five Group's American Dream - NJBIZ

Atos, a technology leader based in France, on Wednesday said it signed a multi-year contract with Triple Five Group to build and manage a smart IT experience using Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for American Dream, the 3 million-square-foot entertainment and retail complex in East Rutherford. Together, Atos and American Dream say they have bridged the gap between the physical and digital experience for customers – and more than 400 tenants – by incorporating edge-computing, IT devices, smart parking, ticketing and wayfinding technologies. American Dream opened its first attractions on Oct. 25, 2019. Additionally, multiple sensors and Bluetooth-enabled beacons will allow customers to experience modern navigation, from quickly finding an open parking spot in proximity of their chosen store to finding directions between two select experiences within the mall. "The technology that Atos and American Dream are implementing is a paradigm shift into an unparalleled digital entertainment and shopping experience for those who visit," said Jeff Sheckter, chief operating officer and general manager, American Dream.
