Kendall Jenner snags free Lyft deal following Uber ban

For most of us, getting banned from Uber can make life tough, but if you're model and reality star Kendall Jenner, life is a little sweeter, thanks to Lyft. SEE ALSO: How Pittsburgh became the heart of Uber's self-driving revolution The Uber ride sharing competitor got a big shoutout on Jenner's Snapchat account this weekend, effectively losing Uber a high-profile customer, and possibly her fans, before the Uber issue could be resolved. "Hi guys, I just got in my Lyft," said Jenner, from the back seat of a car in a video on Snapchat. "I'm so excited, thank you Lyft for the free rides and for taking care of me." It's unclear whether or not the free rides from Lyft were promotional gifts to stick it to Uber, or if this represents a paid promotional deal with the Jenner.
