Springboard is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Social Fund as part of the ESF programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020. Springboard funded programmes have transformed many careers and lives throughout the years. CCT College Dublin has been involved with the Springboard initiative since its inception in 2011, successfully educating hundreds of participants in technology-related programmes from level 6 to level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ). This year Springboard and the Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Pillar 1 are providing the employed as well as the unemployed the opportunity to obtain qualifications in areas where there are current and future skills shortages.
