Our country acquires a Research Center in Artificial Intelligence

The establishment of the Research Center in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Algorithms "ARCHIMEDES", led by three leading scientists of international scope, Christos Papadimitriou, Konstantinos Daskalakis and Timo Selli, is a fact. "ARCHIMEDES", as explained by Athena Research Center, will operate as an independent Unit of the Center and is an emblematic initiative for the country, which will utilize the Greek research potential and will bring Greece to the top of the spear of the global technological avant-garde. The "ARCHIMEDES" Unit will be financed with more than 21 million euros, from the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
