Alan Turing on Intuition and Human-Machine Computation

A computation occurs when the human mind carries out a mental action according to a rule. The words above (which aren't Turing's own -- exact -- words) don't mean that people know that they're following a rule. Nonetheless, almost everyone still follows these rules. It was said that computability is the mind's following a rule. Well, Turing believed that this is usually the case.
