What do you want to do exactly? Do you want to interview someone on Skype / video chat, or do you have a list of questions you could just post here for (multiple) people to answer? How much time do you expect it will take? What do you need from the professional? Do you want them to work in industry, or is it enough to be a professional (e.g. in academia or government)?
