Machine Learning and Sensor Integration Engineer (KTP Associate) at University of Sheffield

A position is available for a KTP Associate to work on a collaborative project between the University of Sheffield and Passion for Life Healthcare Group (UK) Limited (PFLH). PFLH designs, manufactures, and distributes a range of products for the diagnosis and treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), conditions which are increasingly recognized as potentially presenting long-term health issues to the sufferer. In conjunction with University of Sheffield and several other universities PFLH has developed objective acoustic measurement techniques for snoring sounds and wearable sensors that map respiration and body movement. All of this contributes both to OSA and snoring diagnosis and product development for treating these conditions. As a KTP Associate, you will work on an exciting knowledge transfer partnership project on acoustic analysis and low-cost sensor integration for diagnosis of OSA.
