5 Intelligent Skills to Add to Your Box Folders With No Code
Last week we've released our one-click AI building blocks which enables our users to leverage the best of breed machine learning algorithms to can enhance their processes with no need of third party accounts. In this blogpost we're going to show you how easy is to do very cool stuff with Stamplay in no time by connecting some of these to your Box folders. This folder will listen for new images and will look for visually similar ones across the web. Making audio files searchable on Box with IBM Watson Speech to Text
When dealing with audio files a lot of work is required to index them properly so that is easy to lookup for them when needed. In this example we'll show how to use IBM Watson Speech to Text to recognize speech from audio files stored on Box and enrich their metadata with the extracted text. Create the new app as an App for Pages. Once the App has been created, you'll see the Product Setup View and here we select Messenger by clicking on Get Started. Then you'll see a Token Generation section where you need to select your Page from the dropdown. A Page Access Token will be generated so let's save it for later. AI driven customer support with Intercom and IBM Watson
Not every customer that reaches out for support is a happy camper. When an unhappy customer walks through the door you want to react instantly to avoid any bad escalation. But tracking the mood of conversations at scale is hard. Luckily IBM Watson comes to rescue us with its Tone Analyzer APIs. We used it with Intercom and created a Stamplay app to keep track of our users emotions during the conversation and trigger alerts in case something goes wrong.
