AiThority Interview with Prince Kohli, CTO, Automation Anywhere
I've always had a passion and curiosity for technology, which started at a young age, where I was raised in India โ ultimately resulting today in a fulfilling, a quarter-century-long career in Silicon Valley. It has been an exciting ride. What drew me to Automation Anywhere is our vision to create software bots that can automate repetitive, manual business tasks, and free our minds to focus on the more creative, strategic, high-level work. Before Automation Anywhere, I held leadership roles at various companies including Ericsson, running global R&D for all digital products, and before that, at Citrix โ in the cloud and enterprise groups, after co-founding a security start-up that was acquired by Citrix. My role has changed as the market and the world has changed.
Lyinate and RPA Health partner up to provide robotic automation processes
Healthcare interoperability solution provider Lyinate has teamed up with RPA Health to provide Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) technologies to NHS Trusts, private hospitals, social care providers and healthcare software suppliers across the UK and Ireland. The aim of the partnership is to provide connectivity between Lyniate's interoperability solutions and RPA Health's processing solution in healthcare. As part of the partnership, Lyniate and RPA Health will refer customers to one another as appropriate. Drew Ivan, chief product and strategy officer at Lyniate, said: "This partnership allows Lyniate to provide its customers with proven, cost-saving RPA solutions that complement our robust interoperability platforms. "It is also worth noting that RPA technology has the ability to provide'last mile' connectivity to legacy applications which are all but impervious to APIs.
Role of business analyst in RPA technology
A detailed study of the AS-IS process is performed and the entire process is explained in the form of a swim lane diagram, which should cover granular details in terms of standard operating procedures and interactions between various actors and systems. The process can now be critically examined for possible areas of improvement. It is advised that the assessment be performed with a holistic automation approach and not just from an RPA angle. As part of defining the TO BE flow, the BAs consult with the solution architect and development lead to validate the technical feasibility of the proposed solution. The approach should be developed in such a way that the process is optimized to provide long term benefits to the client in terms of scalability and reliability.
How is RPA shaping the future of Test Automation? โ Software Testing News
Despite being relatively new, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is evolving rapidly and proving its essential value in software testing. In the coming years, it is possible that RPA will become a vital part of the technological and automation landscape. Robotic Process Automation is an automation tool with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities that can automate high-volume and repetitive tasks usually performed by humans. It enables codeless testing as well as performs tasks such as queries, calculations, and maintenance of records and transactions. RPA technology is composed of software robots (bots) that can mimic a human worker and log into applications, enter data, calculate, complete tasks, and then log out.
The CEO's Guide to RPA: Robotic Process Automation Explained - SlideModel
Robotic process automation (RPA) is a top-of-mind agenda for companies across industries. Last year, Gartner identified robotic process automation as the fastest-growing tech segment of the enterprise software market: the software revenue grew by 63% and reached $848 in 2018. Despite the global market slowdown, RPA investments still remain a priority for most companies. So much so that by 2020, the global spending on RPA is expected to $2.4 billion as nearly 85% of enterprise-sized organizations plan to deploy at least some form of RPA technology by then. The data emphasizes the significance of this technological investment, but what do executives need to know prior to adoption?
OnQ Launches Robotic Process Automation Service for Healthcare
OnQ, an industry-leading, healthcare RCM solutions company, is pleased to announce the successful launch of its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) products and services. OnQ's scalable RPA solutions significantly improve quality, create efficiencies, and simplify processes in medical billing. OnQ is leading the way in moving the industry forward by developing and deploying its RPA technology. "We've broken new ground in applying robotic technology to the healthcare billing industry," explains OnQ CEO Jack McBride. "OnQ's scalable RPA is an exciting development that's providing substantial benefits for both our clients and our employees. By automating repetitive tasks, we have greatly increased efficiency and freed up employees for more meaningful work. Our unique position enables us to rapidly develop, deploy, and scale RPA solutions that produce better results at a lower cost than outsourced labor."
RPA & AI (UiPath and Machine Learning)
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that helps you in automating your business process. It is a technology which mimic human actions in interacting with digital system. To understand what's RPA in a more intuitive way: What can RPA do for you? UiPath is one of the top leaders which develops Robotics Process Automation platforms. By deploying RPA into your business process, it helps your business in reducing operation cost, eliminate human error and saving time.
Why AI application development isn't as far away as you think
The first generation of RPA technology allowed basic app integration with data cuts and pastes between applications similar to how a human would function. RPA technology has started to enter a second phase, in which AI is used to improve interaction with unstructured content such as email, documents, pictures and audio. These new capabilities provide a layer of analytics that can rip through these different types of unstructured data and transform it into a suitable format for a process. Companies tend to build AI islands. It's common to see a company with a different conversational intelligence platform for things such as contact centers, customer interaction, help desk calls, HR and augmented analytics.
Microsoft Ropes in RPA Technology for Power Platform โ IndianTTS Blog
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology is the new key to high yield automation processes. The significance of RPA automation is such, it can help to visualize complex processes of any businesses and deliver error-free results. Customer engagement plays a crucial part in setting up the company's strategy into work. While manual labour may be accustomed to errors but RPA automation reduces cost and provide end to end compliance. To know more Click Here.
How Artificial Intelligence and Other Technologies Are Improving Working Conditions
No matter how you feel about technology, one thing is certain: since its introduction into the workforce, it has and will continue to transform just about every facet of every industry as we know them. Opinions about its application vary widely. It's not uncommon to hear another narrative about technology impairing social interaction and mental wellbeing through screen-based communications, or about the appeal of technology as a distraction in the workplace. However, despite the abundance of technology-focused media that ranges from raising legitimate concern to permeating incredulous propaganda, there are just as many reasons to be excited about the incorporation of technology in the workplace. In fact, technology can help improve a great number of ailments in the workplace that were previously thought unsolvable.
