Indoor Air Quality Dataset with Activities of Daily Living in Low to Middle-income Communities

In recent years, indoor air pollution has posed a significant threat to our society, claiming over 3.2 million lives annually. Developing nations, such as India, are most affected since lack of knowledge, inadequate regulation, and outdoor air pollution lead to severe daily exposure to pollutants. However, only a limited number of studies have attempted to understand how indoor air pollution affects developing countries like India. To address this gap, we present spatiotemporal measurements of air quality from 30 indoor sites over six months during summer and winter seasons. The sites are geographically located across four regions of type: rural, suburban, and urban, covering the typical low to middle-income population in India.

The funding round was led by commercial law firm Gilbert Tobin, who previously made a strategic investment into LegalVision last November. In just over three years the startup reports that it has assisted more than 15,000 business around the country. CEO of LegalVision, Lachlan McKnight said the backing of Gilbert Tobin and the latest round of funding is validation of the startup's goal and progress to date.

The Chinese military is looking to adapt its technology with the belief that future combat missions will require weapons to be both cost-efficient and flexible. "We plan to adopt a'plug and play' approach in the development of new cruise missiles, which will enable our military commanders to tailor-make missiles in accordance with combat conditions and their specific requirements," Wang Changqing of the China Aerospace and Industry Corp told China Daily newspaper. He added that Chinese engineers had been researching the use of artificial intelligence in cruise missiles for a number of years and that the country was the world leader in this field. However, he did not produce any evidence to back up his claims.

The retailer's digital displays are leveraging beacon technology and chatbots to make it easier on customers to instantly purchase and find information about products featured in display ads in an attempt to expand its mobile reach. "I am a firm believe that native apps are being disrupted right now and they are being disruptive by chatbots," said Thoryn Stephens, chief digital officer at American Apparel. "We were actually already on that path before Zuckerberg and Facebook really made that push.

Building on our findings, we give a sentiment-based market-neutral trading strategy which gives consistently favorable returns with low volatility over a long period. Our results are significant in confirming the performance of general blog and news sentiment analysis methods over broad domains and sources. Moreover, several remarkable differences between news and blogs are also identified.
