The Case for Integrating Machine Learning

How do you properly manage and best utilize your employees? How do you maximize the strengths of your team, and minimize their weaknesses? Unfortunately, not everyone understands or even operates on the principles of maximizing their team's strengths, which seems silly, because you wouldn't ask your sales team to try and code an app, any more than you would ask HR to fix the engine of a car.
