Artificial intelligence in Medicine

"Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards" . In the year 1996 when I started my medical studies, the entire world was going towards advancements in their respective fields at a faster rate and the field of Medicine did not fall behind . Information technology was gaining importance as critical Y2k was coming up. Technology has always been evolving with the needs of the population which was very visible as i look back now. Those were the days of making better machine to understand the human body with the fundamental knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Ethics, Engineering and Informatics .
