Gartner predicts that 70 percent of customer interactions will involve emerging technologies such as machine learning, chatbots, and mobile messaging by 2022--a 15 percent increase from 2018. Creating a better customer experience with a chatbot shouldn't be daunting, and with the right tools a business can get started quickly.
