Chantal Cameron: "What are some thoughts about technologies we're excited about this year?" Matthew Carriere: "Artificial intelligence, a big one, but I know that when you say artificial intelligence, people are like, well, what do you mean? Because it encompasses a lot of technology." "Also, machine learning is a big focus here at Bonzai this year. It really started, honestly, with sales. You were a big part of that. I remember sitting in on sales meetings and, one of the questions I like to ask is…well, if we're looking at the leads coming in, when is this going to close? And, you know, the sales guys are usually too optimistic, saying something like, 30 days from now. Going to make it rain, so to speak. I remember leaving one of those meetings last year and coming to you, and I said, 'there's gotta be a way we can mine these years of sales data that we've been collecting, and kind of automate that prediction.'"
