It's no surprise that aspiring developers might be interested in working in AI, but the question is how to break into the field. The tech industry is more accessible than many other industries, in part because AI and tech jobs tend to be focused on demonstrable skills rather than a specific degree or extensive work experience. People enter technology from a variety of backgrounds, and many climb the career ladder much more quickly than they might be able to in other industries.
