Santander to share thoughts on AI at upcoming conference

Santander will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence in the finance sector at the third annual RegTech Automation and Compliance Forum later this month. City and Financial Group will host the event which will bring together some of the leading minds in the industry to discuss the importance of AI. The use of artificial intelligence is becoming more prominent within financial institutions as it helps to address risk management and regulatory compliance issues. However, questions remain over how many financial bodies are taking advantage of the technology and how quickly they are adopting AI-based tools and techniques. Igor Sumkovski, senior manager of financial crime oversight at Santander, will be sharing his experience of the potential of AI and Machine Learning in the financial sector.
