GPTZero: The Sole Line of Defense Against AI

A computer science student from Princeton University recently developed GPTZero, which uses statistical characteristics to evaluate if a certain text was written by an AI, or an actual human. Edward Tian, the student who developed GPTZero, says the app analyzes the text for constant tone changes and a high complexity level. While human writers are more likely to incorporate variations into their texts, AI consistently utilizes similar writing choices.
