Super cute little Elmo robot wants to teach kids to code

On Tuesday, WowWee showed off ELMOJI, its upcoming robotic collaboration with Sesame Workshop. It's a teeny robot version of your favorite Sesame Street character, and its goal is to teach kids to code. ELMOJI works alongside an app that WeeWow says will teach young children the basic foundations of coding through cute, visual Elmo emojis. As kids work their way through games, Elmoji moves around, reacts to stimuli and encourages their progress. A WeeWow spokesperson tells Mashable that Sesame Workshop approached the team to build a product that brought together "the Sesame Street ethos" and kid-focused technology.
