The title may look like clickbait but I've decided to leave the original one. The article mentions important and serious change in law which will take effect in May 2018. EDIT: I've noticed that it was posted several days ago on r/Futurology and posting it here violate the rules. I think that it is too important and it should be discussed in context of machine learning and new approaches to the problem.
