Startup Forward's agency, dubbed the'doctor's office of the future,' promises to learn about you over time with the internet of things, administering custom health benefits and leading the medical care transformation from our current reactive approach towards a more preventative one. The Bay Area-based flagship, a state-of-the-art 3,500 square foot layout with six exam rooms decked out in the latest medical instruments and an onsite lab for running tests in-office reads'Design Your Health' in bold blue letters along the wall. Blending artificially intelligent systems with various connected tools, the company's tech solutions will help expedite a trip to the doctor as healthcare professionals will be able to quickly source medical information for comparison with your health data. For checkups, the space will be equipped with a proprietary digital stethoscope, strong enough to hear your heartbeat without you needing to remove your shirt, alongside an infrared light that'll reveal your veins when they'll need to sample some blood. In the lobby, a large body scanner will ask you to place two of your left middle fingers into a sensor for a few seconds, calculating metrics such as height, weight, body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate which will all sync back with the A.I. and mobile app.
