Limitations of a chatbot: how artificial intelligence can solve them
Chatbots are being used more and more as "add-ons" to help companies with their customer support services or as replacements for form-fillings. This is perfectly reasonable; chatbots are great as they provide speed, relevance and a more scalable support for small teams. On the other hand, chatbots are unfortunately limited when they are not backed up by concrete artificial intelligence (AI). They are limited in text, written and voice recognition as well as understanding context. Integrating AI to chatbots is thus where it becomes interesting and useful for companies and for the end-user as there are no longer constraints. At Heek, we've addressed the limitations in several ways.
