#artificialintelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) in general, and machine learning (ML) in particular, define tomorrow. Intelligent machines will become ubiquitous, doing our chores and freeing us up for creative, value-added tasks. It behooves us then to examine it, from what's working for it to what's not. What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of machine learning? For many, it's supervisory ML, where ML learns from your (training) data to become intelligent and then make predictions. Its predictions are used for task automation, from simple tasks like setting the thermostat to more complex tasks like driving a car.
