What are the best use cases for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in communications service providers' businesses? What's the best architectural approach to implementing AI? At Action Week in September, Forum members took the initial steps toward forming a new collaboration working group on AI and machine learning, which is a specific type of AI.
