Vecow has introduced the latest addition to the company's edge AI computing system portfolio, the EAC-5000. Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin platform, the compact and rugged EAC-5000 supports high compute density with I/O flexibility for advanced edge AI applications in harsh environments. With support for 9V to 50V DC power input, an operating temperature range from -20 C to 70 C, as well as software ignition control, the platform is ideal for a wide range of applications including robotic vehicle control, machine vision, and embedded AI. The Vecow EAC-5000 is based on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin platform, featuring an Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU delivering up to 275 TOPS of AI performance and integrating an advanced NVIDIA Ampere architecture GPU with 64 Tensor Cores for server-class performance. By utilizing GMSL2 cameras with FAKRA-Z connectors and a PCIe x8 slot for flexible PoE or USB3 expansion configurations, the EAC-5000 provides an ideal solution for real-time and intelligent video analytics.
