ChatGPT, which stands for "Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer," is an AI content creator that can generate text quickly and cheaply. The technology has already been used by students to help them write essays, businesses to create copy for their websites and promotional materials, and even lawyers to produce legal briefs. However, as the technology becomes more advanced, it may also put copywriters, journalists, customer-service agents, paralegals, coders, and digital marketers out of a job. According to an Oxford study, as much as 47% of U.S. jobs may be at risk due to the advancements in AI technology.
