YES Bank partners with Gupshup to introduce AI powered Chatbots - ETtech

YES Bank has partnered with bot platform Gupshup to launch'YES mPower' - an artificial intelligence powered banking chat bot for its loan products. Currently active on Facebook Messenger, YES mPower will help customers get information on loan products offered and offer instant loan eligibility. The bank will incrementally release more services through the chat bot, with the aim to make YES mPower the one stop shop for all loan requirements. YES mPower enables information access on loan products like personal loans, auto loans, gold loans, loan against securities while products like used car loans, loan against properties, home loans will be added shortly. "AI driven conversations between brands and their consumers deliver better customer experiences while lowering costs through automation," said Beerud Sheth, CEO, Gupshup.
