Weeks of teases and vignettes featuring a white rabbit and cryptic messages paid off Saturday night at WWE's Extreme Rules pay-per-view at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. After Riddle defeated Seth Rollings in the fight pit, WWE announcers Michael Cole and Corey Graves were about to sign off the broadcast when the screen went black and shady characters began to appear in the crowd. "He's got the whole world in his hands," blared over the speakers and characters from Bray Wyatt's Firefly Fun House showed up in the crowd.

WWE No Mercy 2017: Predictions, Match Card For 'Monday Night Raw' PPV

International Business Times

It's hard to remember a non-WrestleMania or SummerSlam pay-per-view that had two bigger matches than the ones headlining WWE No Mercy 2017 Sunday night. The card features Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman and John Cena vs. Roman Reigns, both of which are WrestleMania-worthy matches. Below are predictions for every match on the WWE No Mercy card, which features wrestlers from "Monday Night Raw." It's time to put the strap on Strowman. Sure, he's gotten a big push by WWE, but his rise to the top of the card has also been an organic one. During a year in which every three-hour "Monday Night Raw" hasn't exactly been worth watching, Strowman has consistently been the best part of the show, going from a monster heel into maybe the most popular wrestler on the roster.

WWE SummerSlam 2017: Predictions, Match Card For Biggest PPV Since WrestleMania

International Business Times

WWE's second-biggest show of the year is set for Sunday night at Barclays Center with SummerSlam 2017. The build towards the pay-per-view has been a disappointing one, though there's plenty of hype surrounding the main event. Brock Lesnar will defend his WWE Universal Championship in what's sure to be the night's final match, and the Intercontinental Championship is the only belt that isn't scheduled to be on the line in Brooklyn. Below are predictions for every match on the SummerSlam card, which features wrestlers from both "Monday Night Raw" and "SmackDown Live." Brock Lesnar, pictured before his fight with Mark Hunt at UFC 200 at T-Mobile Arena on July 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, will probably win the WWE Universal Championship Match at SummerSlam 2017.

WWE WrestleMania 33: Predictions, Match Card, Preview For 2017 PPV

International Business Times

After months of rumors regarding WWE's biggest event of 2017, the WrestleMania 33 card is finally set. Thirteen matches are scheduled for Sunday's pay-per-view at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, and eight titles will be on the line. The WWE Universal Championship Match between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg is expected to go on last, putting an end to their feud that began with Goldberg's return in November. It seems to be clear which WWE superstar is winning the main event, but predictions for other matches aren't as easy to make. The SmackDown Tag Team Championships are the only belts that won't be defended at WrestleMania 33.

Christopher Daniels Talks Ring Of Honor, WWE Ahead Of ROH 15th Anniversary PPV

International Business Times

When Ring of Honor held its first-ever show on Feb. 23, 2002, few could have predicted that it would become one of the world's top professional wrestling promotions. That includes Christopher Daniels, who wrestled in that night's main event. All these years later, Daniels is back with the company and fighting for the Ring of Honor World Championship. He'll have a title match against Adam Cole Friday night at ROH's 15th Anniversary Show, something he didn't see coming when he initially joined the promotion. "When we did that first show, we weren't thinking that we were doing the first show of something that was gonna last 15 years," Daniels told International Business Times. Having begun his career in 1993, Daniels was still working for independent promotions in 2002, looking to make his mark in the world of professional wrestling.

The Undertaker WrestleMania 33 Match: Will Roman Reigns Or John Cena Face The Deadman At WWE's Biggest 2017 PPV?

International Business Times

It's been three years since "The Streak" came to an end, but The Undertaker's match is still one of the biggest parts of WrestleMania each year. While it hasn't been confirmed that the Deadman will perform at WrestleMania 33, it would be surprising if he wasn't on the card at WWE's signature event of 2017. In the months leading up to WrestleMania, there is always speculation regarding who The Undertaker might face. Following his win over Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32, The Undertaker's next opponent might not be the WWE superstar that many fans had once thought it would be. Before John Cena underwent surgery in January of last year, he was reportedly supposed to face The Undertaker in front of over 100,000 people at AT&T Stadium.

John Cena WrestleMania 33 Match: The Miz, Randy Orton, Baron Corbin Could Face WWE's Top Star At 2017 PPV

International Business Times

Following the 2017 Royal Rumble, the WrestleMania 33 match card looks to be falling into place. Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg has already been made official for the pay-per-view, and a few of the other top matches aren't difficult to predict. There seems to be some uncertainty, however, surrounding the future plans for WWE's biggest full-time performer. With WrestleMania 33 still nearly two months away, Cena's opponent remains unclear. As the current WWE Champion, Cena is in line to face Royal Rumble winner Randy Orton on April 2 in Orlando. That could change at Sunday's PPV when Cena puts his belt on the line against five other wrestlers in the Elimination Chamber.

WrestleMania 33 Matches: Predictions For The Card At WWE's Biggest 2017 PPV After The Royal Rumble

International Business Times

WrestleMania 33 is still more than two months away, but the pieces for the match card are falling into place. Following the Royal Rumble, there is a much better sense of which matches will headline WWE's biggest show of 2017. WrestleMania 32 featured 12 matches and six hours of wrestling, and the pay-per-view on April 2 in Orlando should be similar. Much of the card will be determined by what happens at Elimination Chamber on Feb. 12 and Fastlane on March 5. Rumors have been circulating for weeks regarding the potential WrestleMania 33 match card, and recent events indicate that some of the reports are correct. Plans are constantly changing in WWE, though it isn't hard to guess who certain wrestlers will face on the "grandest stage of them all."

WWE No Mercy 2016: Match Card, Predictions For SmackDown PPV

International Business Times

The year's second pay-per-view featuring only wrestlers from "SmackDown" is scheduled for Sunday night in Sacramento. WWE No Mercy 2016 will include four championship matches, and a few belts seem likely to change hands. AJ Styles will defend the show's top title on a PPV for the first time. Styles won the championship from Ambrose with a low blow at WWE BackLash in September, and Cena has not held the belt since he lost it to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2014. The Miz is the longest-reigning singles champion in WWE, but he might not have the belt for much longer.
