'Blade Runner 2049' dives deeper on AI to transcend the original
Blade Runner 2049 is a miracle. It's a sequel that nobody really wanted -- certainly not fans of the seminal 1982 original by Ridley Scott. But it turns out that Blade Runner 2049 -- directed by Denis Villeneuve -- is actually an ideal sequel. It builds on its incredibly influential predecessor by asking deeper questions about AI. As the lines between humans and replicants blur, the idea of being "more human than human" seems truer than ever.

This Map Predicts Who Will Die Next on 'Game of Thrones'
According to sophisticated machine-learning calculations, the Queen of Dragons will soon meet her demise. In early July, a computer scientist at Central European University's Center for Network Science, Milan Janosov, predicted the fates of the Game of Thrones characters that have yet to be impaled, poisoned, or have their brains bludgeoned. He quantified their social significance on the show, and then entered these numbers into a machine-learning algorithm. To create his algorithm, Janosov first built a network of the realm's social system based on how often characters interacted with each other. He pulled this data from the show's subtitles, which provided nearly 600 scenes worth of information about how often characters appeared in the same scene.

Can Machines Fall In Love?
The movie, based on the novel by Philip K. Dick Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, was directed by Ridley Scott and stars a young Harrison Ford. For those of you who hadn't seen it, the story is set in a futuristic Los Angeles, AD 2019, just a few years down the road from us. Many regard it as a cult movie, a "neo-noir" or cyberpunk classic, in spite of its poor box office performance in the U.S. Some critics consider it one of the best movies ever made. Be it as it may, the movie does touch upon some very fundamental issues concerning the meaning of being human, which are well worth taking a closer look. From our 2011 perspective, the first thing we notice is how off the movie is in terms of predictions.

The Mr. Robot Hack Report: Just the Fax
Mr. Robot is a show built on hacks. The mother of all hacks serves as the big cliffhanger at the end of the show's first season, and nearly every plot development leading up to it was nudged along by some kind of exploit. It's rare to get through an episode without at least one digital intrusion, often drawn from real life. Each week, we'll be running through Mr. Robot's C Y B E R activities -- who got hacked, why, and how much magic would be required to make them actually work. We take one week off on the Mr. Robot Digital After Show (Hacking Robot will be doing a full download tonight on USA; we're back next week) and of course, everything goes off. Stage Two seems to be underway?

'Mr. Robot' Season 2, Episode 12 Spoilers: Phase 2 Revealed! 7 Top OMG Moments From USA Show's Season Finale
Robot" Season 2 has ended. The final episode was filled with answers, but many more questions were posed. In true Sam Esmail fashion, the episode was also filled with a lot of surprises. Here are some of the moments in "eps2.9_pyth0n-pt2.p7z" that cleared things up and shocked us. There had been speculations that it was Knowles (Brian Stokes Mitchell) who was sending Joanna Wellick (Stephanie Corneliussen) gifts. The theory looked more probable when Mr. Sutherland (Jeremy Holm) found out the address of the person calling Tyrell's (Martin Wallstrom) wife and said that it was impossible for his missing boss to be hiding there. Joanna confronted Knowles about sending her gifts. She then learned that Knowles just wanted to plant a seed of hope in Joanna and lead her on. Knowles also revealed that his wife, Sharon (Michele Hicks), was pregnant when Tyrell killed her. It has also been cleared up that Joanna was only using Derek (Chris Conroy) in order to make Tyrell appear innocent.

'Mr. Robot' Season 2 Spoilers: Episode 11 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'eps2.9_pyth0n-pt1.p7z'
Robot" Season 2, episode 10 was an intense way to usher in the USA Network's two-part finale. As usual, many questions arose during the episode – especially during the final scene. After learning about Cisco's (Michael Drayer) whereabouts, Dom (Grace Gummer) tracked him and Darlene (Carly Chaikin) down. However, before she was able to persuade them to come with her for an inquisition, a Dark Army gunman sprayed bullets in their direction. Dom was able to come out alive, but did Cisco and Darlene skip death as well? Another big question is Dom's boss's relationship with the Dark Army. Is he working with Whiterose (BD Wong)? Does this guarantee Elliot's (Rami Malek) safety? Aside from that, another big question that begs to be answered before the season ends is: Will Mr. Robot (Christian Slater) and Elliot return to working well together? The two have been out of sync lately, and it appears that it's brought by something Robot is hiding from Elliot. Was he lying when he said they killed Tyrell (Martin Wallstrom)? Perhaps the biggest question that fans want answered before the series closes its second installment is if Tyrell is still alive. In the previous episode, Tyrell's wife Joanna (Stephanie Corneliussen) told Elliot a story about Tyrell's devotion to her and the way he always has a plan. Joanna is sure that Tyrell is still alive and he's the one sending her gifts and calling her from time to time. After Elliot traced the location of the calls, it seems unlikely that it is Tyrell. So the question remains: Where is Tyrell? Will fans know the answer before the season ends? There is no way to know for sure, but the two-part season finale's synopsis has already been released. The synopsis reads: "Angela makes an unexpected acquaintance.

Robot" Season 2, Episode 10 was intense, to say the least. The episode opened with E Corp CEO Phillip Price (Michael Cristofer) talking to the company's former CTO Terry Colby (Bruce Altman). The next scene showed what happened after Elliot (Rami Malek) found Tyrell Wellick's (Martin Wallstrom) wife Joanna (Stephanie Corneliussen) waiting outside his apartment. Joanna wanted Elliot to trace the location of the person who calls her, believing that the person contacting her is her husband. Mr. Robot (Christian Slater) is not happy about it, especially since he had already told Elliot that they killed Tyrell. Left with no choice but to cooperate, Elliot agreed to trace the caller's location. He was successful at tracing it. After getting the address, Mr. Sutherland (Jeremy Holm), who works for the Tyrells, ...
