AI also known as Artificial Intelligence is concerned with building smart systems and machines that can learn and perform activities on their own like humans. It also includes learning, planning, speech recognition and problem-solving activities also. Nowadays Artificial Technology has a wide range of uses in business. AI tools can be used for increasing the efficiency of the business by handling administrative tasks as well as customer engagement and broadening the customer base. AI basically processes and analyzes valuable data more quickly than a human brain could do.

How AI streamline employees management system

#artificialintelligence

The adaption to smart technology and application of artificial intelligence (AI) is witnessed in almost all professions and industries globally. The result of this paradigm shift to technological solutions have certainly opened up new avenues for the employers and even the employees. To have a deeper insight of how AI has helped in streamlining the management system let us first get an overview of what artificial intelligence is. Prior to artificial intelligence, the methodologies adopted to boost employee engagement have not shown desired results. 'On-the-job' surveys, board-room committees, data analysis and half-baked concepts have been criticized for long as they do not elicit proper responses and real solutions.

Artificial Intelligence, is the Future of Human Resources.

Artificial intelligence AI takes the lead over intelligent automation IA. Intelligent automation is the combination of "'robotic process automation and artificial intelligence to automate processes,'" according to a recent article on the topic in HR Dive, a publication for human resources professionals. Organizations that embrace intelligent automation may experience a return on investment of 200% or more, according to an Everest Group report cited by HR Dive. However, that doesn't mean organizations can expect a reduction in headcount, according to the report. In fact, projections of a reduction in workforce thanks to intelligent automation may be "highly exaggerated," the Everest Group noted.

Human resources trends for 2020 are upon us. Now that 2020 has arrived, it's time to look at some of the trends that will prevail in human resources during this year and beyond. In a recent blog article for HR artificial intelligence (AI) software provider Ideal, author John Dawson points out five human resources trends employers should watch out for this year. In his article, Mr. Dawson pointed out that artificial intelligence in human resources is no longer a future event – it's here. Around 24% of midsize to large corporations are using artificial intelligence for recruiting, with 56% planning to add it in the next year, Mr. Dawson noted. Beyond artificial intelligence, Mr. Dawson discussed the following human resources trends that human resources professionals should put on their radar over the next 12 months: Flexibility for candidates: A majority of candidates (80%) would choose a job offer that provided more flexibility (or at least the appearance of it), according to a survey from the International Workplace Group.

Traditional job interviews leave something to be desired. Relying on hiring managers to handle them without injecting some level of personal bias is fraught with risk, and the fact that many busy managers would rather not spend time interviewing candidates in the first place only compounds the problem. Enter the Tengai HR robot. This 16-inch-tall robotic device gets right to the task without stopping to engage in small talk with each applicant. The robot asks critical questions succinctly with no emotion, no bias and no preconceived notions.

According to IBM's survey of 6,000 executives, 66% of CEOs believe that cognitive computing can drive significant value in the Human Resource domain. About half of the HR executives back that up, saying that they recognize that cognitive computing and AI has the power to transform various crucial areas of Human Resource. Also, 54% of HR executives believe that AI or cognitive computing will affect their key roles in the HR organization. The Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) reported in a survey that about 52% of respondents indicated their businesses were unlikely to adopt AI or cognitive computing in their HR departments in the next 5 years or so. Also, approximately 36% believe their company was too small to do it, while 28% said that their senior leadership didn't see the need for such technology in the near future.

How Technology Is Changing Human Resource Management

#artificialintelligence

I am amazed sometimes by how technology is impacting the world we live in. For example, SpaceX being so successful in reusing spaceships may not have a great impact today, but it does change the way we look at the future, and what we understand by science fiction. Human Resource is one of those industries which does not quite make its way into science fiction books, and no kid grows up thinking of revolutionizing the technology inside this particular market. Traditionally, HR was always viewed as a paper-intensive, non-innovative area, where salary decisions are made, people get hired or fired and where team building sessions are organized. But behind the scenes, the industry is changing and incorporating technology at a rapid pace, even if it wasn't designed for HR to start with.
