IBM chief executive officer Ginni Rometty took the stage at Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit on Tuesday morning, a day after the company announced its third-quarter earnings. The Armonk, N.Y.-based tech giant reported its 18th straight quarter of declining revenue, but both earnings and sales actually beat analysts' estimates.
