Darren Oberst, Senior Corporate Vice President and Global Head of HCL Software, joins Innodata's Podcast, Absolute AI, as a guest on the topic, Conversations With the Humans Behind Artificial Intelligence. Peter: AI can certainly reduce or eliminate menial activities. One example is a call centre. Currently if you need advice you'll speak to a human being; it's expensive and can be a complete waste of time. But you can put an AI system in that can learn, figure out what you're saying, and do context searches.
