Nike launches a trainer-cleaning ROBOT in its London store

Whether it's your comfiest pair of trainers of your most stylish kicks, we've all got a pair of shoes in our wardrobe that we'd be devastated to lose. Now, Nike's latest innovation could help to extend the life of your favourite shoes. The fashion giant has unveiled a new robot called the Bot Imitated Longevity Lab (B.I.L.L.) at Nike Town London that's designed to clean and repair shoes. 'The thing is, maintaining old product is deeply personal,' said Noah Murphy-Reinhertz, Sustainability Lead at Nike NXT. 'People will go to great lengths to care for their favourite shoes.
