Activity Detection with MATLAB

Recent studies have shown that nearly 20% of all adults use some form of technology to track their activities. Do you subscribe to this "quantified self" movement and do you analyze your daily activities to gain more insights about yourself? This blog post illustrates how I used an Android device coupled with machine learning algorithms provided by MATLAB and Statistics Toolbox to detect my activity in real-time.
