Can AI solve the world's hardest Go problem?

Since the impressive feats of DeepMind's AlphaGo in 2015/2016, the use of AI in Go has continued to rise. Go playing AI has reached such levels of superhuman performance that they now play in their own tournaments, and are also used in online sites to provide analysis and teaching.
