Vantagepoint AI is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will ensure the timely processing of all subscription orders received, ensure subscriber and retail billing and account maintenance functions are completed and accurate, handle all communications and functions pertaining to subscriber and customer service, retention and sales support. The coordinator is professional with great people skills, dependable with a strong work ethic, and able to make decisions based on sound judgment. You will also work cross functionally with our software customers and will be responsible for providing world class customer support for any of the Vantagepoint ai proprietary financial trading applications and services. The Customer Service Coordinator must be able to adequately communicate information and instructions to customers that have a wide range of technical experience.
