The recruitment industry was one that refused the move in any direction for a while. The approach to hiring continued to be relatively consistent as many recruiters kept the same routine in place. It included discovering a vacancy, posting several job adverts, looking at different applicants, having interviews and then making an offer. This has changed recently for a few different reasons.
