CobbleStone Software – a recognized Leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM) according to the SPARK Matrix 2022 report – has launched a brand new feature that can provide proactive CLM field recommendations for metadata fields for contract clauses! The purpose of ConfigAI is to allow users to enjoy proactive, AI-based contract metadata field recommendations for extracted, common contract clause types. Contract managers can analyze the frequency of clauses within the CobbleStone Contract Insight contract management software platform – for which they are recommended to add a standard contract metadata field. Additionally, contract managers can view which type of contract AI process is associated with a given clause.
