Facebook makes AI bot-building Research available for Free

Want to learn from Facebook how does it train its artificial intelligence (AI) bots? Take the lessons from the social media giant itself -- for free. In a bid to help researchers and engineers, Facebook has made its AI bot-building research available in the form of fastText library -- an open-sourced platform, tech website engadget reported on Friday. Part of the Facebook AI Research (FAIR) lab, the fastText library can cut language training from days to seconds. "Ultimately, we hope that fastText will help us all design better applications and further advance the research in language understanding," FAIR said in a statement.
