How Can Businesses Best Use Artificial Intelligence?

What makes AI/machine learning successful within an organization? Don't ask questions whose answers are not actionable. We see so many efforts in AI where deep learning tools are being used as a hammer looking for any type of nail. We see this a lot in healthcare - for example in identifying high risk patients in untreatable conditions. Great - so we can sort out which patients are at higher risk but unless there is an action they can take we just caused a tremendous amount of anxiety in a lot of people - and of course anxiety and stress are disease drivers - so net net this causes harm.
