But now with systems like Amazon's Alexa and AI robots like JIBO, having a non-sentient program to help you remember things is not so strange anymore. These systems and social robots are created to help you with daily tasks, like remembering appointments and video chatting with family. Companies continue to experiment with ways to make them more approachable and sociable. Japanese company Vinclu takes these concepts one step further with an AI personal assistant in the form of a hologram.
