Artificial Intelligence Innovation Summit: Pre-Conference Workshop

I am pleased to be organizing the following Pre-Conference Workshop at the upcoming ExL Events first annual Artificial Intelligence Innovation Summit in San Francisco this September. Artificial intelligence is now recognized as a powerful tool for enhancing healthcare. Innovations in the area of machine learning, specifically deep architectures, are starting to provide the ability to analyze large volumes of medical data for better insights into diseases and treatment options. However, this field is in its infancy and is continuously evolving. There exists significant variability in the definitions and in the understanding of terms, leading to fragmentation in the field and difficulty in comparing meaningful data across the various players.
