Deploying Machine Learning Algorithms - Predicting Risk of Readmission for Congestive Heart Failure

In this talk, we will share our learning and experiences for developing and deploying scalable machine learning algorithms for predicting risk-of-readmission for Congestive Heart Failure at one of our regionâ s largest healthcare provider Multicare Health System. We will reflect on the challenges we encountered in this journey over a period of 2.5 years, describe the opportunities for using Microsoft Azure for the problem, and lay out our future directions.
