Saatchi Art: You think because you think you do Painting by dOminic brown

With this work i created a portrait of a robot-like woman. As young boy being inspired by Transformers and with technology and science keeping me inspired throughout my life, i have always felt computers are going to be an important part of our future. I use computers a lot in my work. Since i always carry an Iphone with me, i am able to take pictures of everything i find on the streets, meaning that you can find me standing at strange places looking down on the street and taking pictures of plants, concrete or just marks that i find interesting. These pictures are used inspiration for my artworks, which are created by combining traditional techniques like drawing, painting and photographing with computer software and scanners/printers.
