Dating app Hinge has today announced it will be giving out £100 to couples who match on the site, go on an in-person date this week and want a second date. A total of £15,000 will be dished out by the company to encourage singletons to go on real-life dates now restrictions have eased and pubs and restaurants are open. Hinge has dubbed the payment a'second date stipend' and say there are no restrictions on what it can be used on. To ensure both people on the date have equal control, Hinge will give £50 to each of the aspiring lovers. Hinge is one of the most popular dating apps in Britain, combining the swiping of rival apps like Tinder with a more personal approach, asking in-depth questions.
