Coupa Software has acquired AI-powered supply chain design and planning startup LLamasoft for $1.5 Billion. Founded in 2002, Michigan headquartered LLamasoft offers an AI-powered Enterprise Decision Platform. The company has raised a total of $56.1 million in funding to date, according to CrunchBase.
