Community Cloud Named a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms

We're honored to be named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). Organizations use DXPs as they move from web-centric to more connected, multichannel digital experiences. This Magic Quadrant helps those responsible for a range of customer-, employee-, and partner-facing initiatives find the most suitable vendor for their needs. The report evaluated 17 vendors, and Gartner placed Salesforce as a Leader based on our completeness of vision and ability to execute. Gartner defines a digital experience platform (DXP) as an integrated set of technologies, based on a common platform, that provides a broad range of audiences with consistent, secure, and personalized access to information and applications across digital touchpoints.
