Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Are you interested in building, leading and driving the machine learning technical vision, strategy and implementation for product development centered on protecting our customers from potentially unsafe products? Global Product Safety and Compliance (GPSC) is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Scientist (MLS) to lead the definition and prioritization of machine learning capability for emerging risk assessment, proactive safety controls, and dynamic product classification. GPSC Product and Technology is responsible for the technology infrastructure enabling the safety of all products globally at Amazon. You will be a senior technical leader in the existing GPSC Product and Technology team to drive the data science and machine learning needed for our product development and safety control processes. Our goal is to disrupt the current state of risk assessment at Amazon and the world by using machine learning to bring together deep subject matter expertize and automated data-driven decision-making.
